A lovely place to spend time enjoying seaviews eating good food and sipping great coffee either on your own or with company.
The scones and pot of tea was good but have come here on a few occasions on my own just to enjoy the feeling.
Always nice to return..
My wife and I had hot chocolate. and a fruit scones and jam with clotted cream very Very lovely it's. the price was well worth the money £2.95 happy days
Decided to visit yarmouth as it was a lot cooler at the coast, we had walked past the terrace many times and never gone in, however today was the day we were seated by a very polite gentleman, we ordered two roast dinners, a delightful cheesecake and probably the best pannacota and lime sorbet ive had in a long time. All lovely would definitely return.

Had a nice meal here. Came for lunch and the food was very good. Only downside wad that the staff were a bit slow despite it not being very busy. Also some of our party had afternoon tea and they forgot to bring the tea out! Was fine once we asked but should have been something that was really remembered.
Service was impeccable for our afternoon tea. Was slightly disappointed with the cakes but was ok over all.

Visited today for the first time for an afternoon tea with my wife. The food and service were lovely and would certainly recommend the lemon posset and cheese scone.
Visited Easter Sunday. Even though we hadn't booked, staff found us a table, for all 6 of us, without a fuss. Lovely view over the sea too. All the staff were polite & friendly, food was beautiful! Special thanks to Gill for making us feel welcome, especially the kids. Liked it so much, will be visiting again before we leave for sure.
The food was absolutely superb! The staff were fab! Food took a while... But worth the wait. Had to rush a bit to catch Ferry... Cannot fault the service though

Good, nice food, good location, surprisingly trendy in what seems to be an old fashioned hotel.
Staff dealt with food allergy and changed my dish accordingly.

Six of us went for a meal and all the food was spot on. I had the fillet steak which was lovely and the service was spot on. My friend did a photo shoot there for there food and was aloud to eat it after and he said it was just as nice then. Keep up the good service 👍
