Just been for a 3 course meal for a belated birthday celebration.
I've got to say I was very impressed with the food. Very fish oriented on this visit but I love fish so was in my element.
They say you eat with your eyes. Well needless to say, it was all presented exceptionally well. Very tasty leading to you wanting more. The only gripe I had was the linguine special just needed a little seasoning, which to be honest I added myself which wasn't hard to do. And oh my. Try the lemon meringue, that clotted cream with the lemon and meringue inside it was sensational. Having read previous reviews about the long wait, well for a busy Friday evening a wait is to be expected, but it's also expected when your food is being freshly cooked to order. I'd 100 percent say if your only waiting 10 minutes then expect it to be nuked. You can taste how fresh it is.
My one star that is lacking was due to the fact that we had no cash on us so couldn't leave a tip. As the PDQ machine wouldn't allow us to leave one using a card.

First opportunity to try Warrens since it opened in January, certainly wasn't disappointed. The restaurant was really busy and had to wait for our table, but not for long. Bar area was very comfortable and pleasant. The menu was excellent with a good choice of dishes, plus specials. There wad a wait for our food once we had ordered. However, please note, all food is cooked freshly to order and well worth the wait. Food arrived, hot, well presented and tasted delicious. The service was first class, very friendly, attentive and professional. Warren's was very clean, well decorated and furnished. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of our bill and can honestly say, well worth the price. We were all very impressed. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you Molly and the rest of the team, first class. We shall return.
The best restaurant in the area. Service, food, and atmosphere are amazing! Menu is never boring. The prices are very affordable.

We went here recently and was not disappointed. The food was amazing, service was brilliant and the staff could not do enough for us. I’ll definitely be going here again x.
What a wonderful afternoon lunch, only £14.00 for two courses, three had the fish, two had the pork and crackling, it was beautiful to be honest and we are not easily pleased, the service by the two ladies that were there today was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble, the one lady had only started working there that day !

Just been to Warrens ,omg the food is amazing . I had Goan mussels and Monkfish curry ,returning again on Saturday to sample more .. serving staff are friendly and helpful 🙏
First time visiting since changing owner's and it didn't disappoint. We had been away in Cardiff and travelled back to have a meal on the evening. The food was delicious I had Thai Monk fish & prawns curry which was cooked to perfection and Matt had Lamb Rump which melted in his mouth. We shared a dessert and again all homemade and very tasty (bread & butter pudding ) overall a lovely evening and we cannot wait to return. Well done to all the staff .
Nice place, apparently newly opened. The menu is limited and there isn't a drinks menu but if you ask they seem to be able to provide any cocktail you request. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and went the extra mile to make my daughters birthday meal that little bit special. Pleasant surroundings, modern and clean. Would recommend.
