What a wonderful discovery! A lovely friendly cafe right on the tarka trail. Friendly staff and tasty food, able to accommodate different dietary needs, and even some doggy treats. We will be back 🙂
Good stop for a bite to eat and refreshments on our cycle today. Busy midday, to be expected, but service still excellent and food arrived quickly. Warmed bread baguettes with a good small side salad and tortilla.

We walked from the Holiday Park along the Tarka Trail to this café. Good choice of food and drinks on the menu. The food was well presented and tasty. Vincent and the team made our group of 8 very welcome on a wet and windy day.

Fabulous little cafe, we found this little gem whilst walking the trail, much needed refreshments, cakes were beautiful, the staff were lovely very polite and helpful, got water for our dog William and treats, so glad we found it. Thank you, we will return

Very tasty and well prepared food, with thoughtful touches, right on the cycle path, a really welcome stop, with a friendly reception! Very highly recommended.
Just made it before closing time. Owners were brilliant and didn’t bat an eyelid when I asked for coffee and cakes, which were brilliant, especially the home made apple cake. Good quality coffee as well. Lovely ambience, comfy chairs and the owner even gave my wet dog some biscuits! Would highly rec
If you're heading out on the Tarka Trail from Torrington, this is a welcome respite after the endless hill (well more a gradual slope)
