Very nice traditional bakery. Nice and tasty pasteries, freshly made. Good coffee as well. They also have sandwiches that look nice although I haven't tried those. Good service at a very reasonable price. Recommended!
Lovely little bakery. Although they dont make the cakes in the bakery. Definately heat sausage rolls and pies. Possible cook bread. However its cooked the quality is Amazing !!
Just love their filled bagettes, crunchy rolls, choice of filling. Or just choose from selection made up. Popular bakery. Can park opposite which is bonus. Highly recommended. X
The Days Bakery at Shelford its the best deli around. Great choices of fresh bread, cakes, sandwiches, baguettes, Pastries, hot and cold drinks at affordable prices.
My Daughter loves visiting, we park in carpark across the road, walk into Days and she always orders the Pink sparkle Donuts and a cold drink, takes it over to the park to enjoy 😁 I would take a picture but it goes far too quickly 😂
Highly recommend visiting the bakery, the staff are always welcoming and friendly and the service is very quick.

Fantastic service! They'd sold out of fruit cake for cheese but very kindly contacted two other Days shops to track one down for me and it was sent on the delivery van ready for me to collect the next day!
A(nother) great store for the original Days of Ashwell bakery. Excellent, hand-made sandwiches and baguettes (Coronation Chicken with salad in a wholegrain bun is my favourite), plus all the usual bakery items (bread, pastries and treats). Well worth the visit.
I've not seen the green frogs that the original Days in Ashwell used to sell: I don't know if they have been discontinued or just out of stock. They were a lovely sponge inside, with lots of cream, and an outer shell made of green icing with eyes, mouth and ears! An excellent sticky treat for a child :-)
Good basic and traditional bakers. Don't let that put you off, the food is good and fresh. Opens early in the morning but closes early too. I am happy to return again and again.
Had to wait as there was a queue, but only 10 mins and well worth the wait. Their breakfast roll was amazing and decent coffee too!
First class cheese salad roll been going for some years nice
Their prawn baguettes and vanilla danish pastries are the best around.
Good sandwiches and fresh fillings. Taste can be better but it has some flavor. Good place for quick sandwich and a coffee
