My friend and I recently came for afternoon tea and everything was just perfect! We had made a reservation a couple of days beforehand and arrived quite a bit early, but Diane and her team had already prepared our table for us. The tea and food was nicely presented and delicious - we were so full afterwards! Completely recommend this cosy cafe! There's a good selection of food and drinks on their regular menu as well; teas, coffees and cakes are all locally sourced. Looking forward to my next visit :)
We were visiting from US and found this cozy coffee shop. The staff was very friendly, the coffee was exceptional. They also serve great food and pastries. Look fwd to returning again (:
I had a great breakfast and coffee here on Saturday! Crispy bacon with smashed avocado and sourdough toast. It was delicious, perfect for me as I was feeling a bit fragile. Lovely, quiet surroundings were just what I needed

I visit the stitch station every week for knit and natter. It's lovely to sit in nice clean surroundings enjoy tasty food and have the most attentive service

Very nice ,food well presented tasty ,staff lovely bit small down stairs but does have an upstairs where some days you can go and do crocheting and knitting
I had the white chocolate cake today I would like to say that the base was soft and held its shape lovely. The topping was very light and not to sweet so overall absolutely delicious, it was a takeout portion and I did not wait long to eat it.
Great coffee, great service, great wool, great knowledge. Food amazing too. Gf and vegan cake always available, dogs welcome downstairs if well behaved.
