They are always so welcoming and friendly at the cafe, and very patient with me when I had a special request. This is my favourite cafe to eat at and my partner and I are there almost every Sunday for breakfast. I can’t rate them highly enough!
Visited the cafe: had a lovely cup of coffee and a great sausage roll.
I went to Marks and Spencer roman Rd malvern today for bra fitting lovely lady called Sharon (H) made me fell lovely she new what I needed and new her job explained why I need size I need show me were in shop to get them from (I bought 3)and were to go on website for colours staff at till was just
I visited your Malvern store on Sunday morning with my elderly mother who also suffers from dementia, we had a very nice lady who was very helpful with my mother, as she needed a bra fitting, unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name, but she couldn’t have been any more helpful if she tried. Brill
It’s no Cheltenham or Worcester store however for the purpose of food shopping it’s made our Christmas containing food like fresh duck or proper pork pies which other stores like Waitrose has failed this year. Big thumps up for festive shopping food at I thought reasonable prices for quality.
Great shop can get everything you need . food, clothing, house old. And great Xmas gifts and gifts all year round. And very good for short sizes in jeans or trouser for short peoples and great for tall people. Can't get trousers size any were else. So m&s are life saver. Must see

Store seems to be crowded with additional shelving and aisle displays - not sure how this will work with the lead up to Christmas and higher numbers of shoppers. Glad to see the reinstatement of a wider range of children's clothes - had been reduced to almost nothing. Best time to go is first thing
My visits are becoming rarer, which is a pity, because they are trying hard. Apart from not having the millions of choices the internet offers and being increasingly out of my price range, they aren't doing much wrong, for me.

This is a popular store with lovely staff, who help to make shopping very pleasant. M and S are still a top class store and their food and Men's department are first class. Can't comment on ladies' clothes!
Needed trousers for my Mum, none in stock so ordered a pair in store. Assistant very helpful and polite, easy to talk to and explained the delivery etc.
Recommend...yes. as I was visitor to the area, I was impressed. X
