Two really helpful assistants who checked the times of the trains from Great Malvern to Birmingham for me. They couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Will definitely return when next in Great Malvern.
Like any Costa. Was quickly and professionally acknowledged by staff while waiting for them to finish serving the customer ahead of me. They were polite and helpful and the food was good, and served promptly at the table.
Great Malvern Costa is the friendliest costa I’ve been in, drinks are always made perfectly (I can be fussy), clean, they have been fab during the pandemic, couldn’t ask for better... Well done to all the Staff

Absolutely love Costa in Great Malvern the staff are amazing. We visit this coffee shop at least 3-4 times a week and are yet to have a bad coffee or a bad experience.would definitely recommend this Costa shop.
Costa Coffee in Great Malvern is smart and very clean. Good selection of food, tea is very good, and staff friendly.

Warm, comfortable cafe. Nice selection of drinks, snacks and cakes. Nothing healthy or vegan though ( like fresh fruit salad, edamame beans or vegan flapjack)
