Went for a meal yesterday and can honestly say it was the best meal and service I've had in a long time the staff we very friendly and helpful even though they were under pressure being short staffed would Deffo go again and recommend ���
Fantastic!! We’d not been before but came along tonight bringing a visiting friend for dinner. The food couldn’t have been better and the service was top notch. Yes, there was a delay on the food (the place was heaving) but to have an apology without having even complained and a free glass of prosecco to boot means that we will definitely be back! Very nice venue, spacious and airy with attractive decor... a little noisy and a little chilly (probably due to the doors downstairs being open) but overall a fantastic experience and one that I would recommend. We will definitely be returning - thank you Ask Italian!
We were only visiting Malvern and choose ASK as we recognised the brand but it well exceeded expectations! Service was fast and friendly (even though it was 7pm on a Friday night) and the food excellent. Well presented and very tasty! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys Italian food.

Have been lots of times to this ask, as usual staff very attentive and so friendly and food excellent, had a sharing plate which had squid breads meatballs and fried zucchini all very tasty, main course sea bass delicious and my husband had the stuffed pizza awesome, would definitely recommend a visit here
Great customer service - cleared a table so we could sit by the window on a hot night. Prawn starter and proper buffalo mozzarella starter were excellent. Nicely priced cocktails. Chicken pasta and calzone really good mains. All staff were very attentive throughout so surprised at previous reviews. The guy seemed to go the extra mile with the party on the next table. Would definitely go again
Although we arrived fairly late, service and food was excellent. All the staff were accommodating and friendly, in particular our waitress. If in Malvern again, would definitely give ASK another visit.
I have visited Ask on a number of occasions now, & i must say that they have always been amazing, the staff, the food, absolutely brilliant, thank you for some lovely evenings out with friends, keep up the good work you guys, just brilliant �x

Came here again on 27th May 2023 and I'd just like to say that things have not changed! The waitress we had was new and she made a minor mistake with another customers order. They were vile to her even after an apology. She was a fantastic waitress and we couldn't fault her at all. She was chatty, friendly and just brilliant. The food was delicious and overall, we had a lovely evening.
Super, we were 6 with no booking and they coped perfectly. There was a car park, thankfully and we had a lovely waitress- she wore all her hair in a head scarf so she stands out- if you see her. Kids adored the food. Recommend the chocky Gnocchi for pudding 😋

I wanted to say how much it was a pleasure to eat at Ask Italian restaurant tonight, we were meant to eat in the Wetherspoons but we couldn’t find a table and the wait for food was 1hour 30 mins which was no good as we were a party of 8 with children and a therapy dog.
So i rang Ask and to see if we could have a table and they were very willing to accommodate us, so we came in via the bottom entrance and went up the stairs and were greeted with a warm welcoming response from a lady who showed us to a well suited table.
We were served by Lee S a very charming and engaging young man who put us straight at ease with his calm manner and whit, he was very attentive to our table all night, he engaged with good banter lead by us, was engaging with the children and very good with our therapy dog Alfie, asking us if it was ok to give him some chicken later in the night , he asked if he was able to say hello to Alfie which is a first in a restaurant when Alfie is a working dog, so many staff normally just stroke him or fuss him without asking but Lee was very good at asking.
The food was very well spaced out and really nice, the restaurant was busy but not overwhelming,we felt well looked after by Lee s, he is a credit to your company, please pass that on to his manager, and because this I gave him a tip, which i never give because he worked so hard and keep us at easy and because one of our party had a nut Allergy , he kept checking our choices.
I would love return to Ask Malvern again just to be served by Lee S.

Lovely restaurant , great service and made to feel at easy and not pushed out after eating our food , would defiantly recommend and return to this restaurant if in the area again just because of the service.

Came here for my grandmother's birthday and had a lovely time! Food was delicious and had lots of vegan options which was brilliant! Service was excellent and they sorted out a birthday sing-a-long with my grandmother's dessert! ♥️
Attended here few times now while being on holiday at our caravan!! very welcoming staff especially alicja bends over backwards to make sure you are having best service possible, food, waiter service is faultless and the kids found her hilarious one of the best place to eat in Malvern keep up the good work James,charlotte and kids 👍🏻

We arrived last Saturday at 7ish, having checked online that there were, predictability, no free tables. The staff member I later learned was Luke, stationed near the door, politely confirmed this was the case but if we were happy to sit outside then we could. It was a pleasant evening so we did. He was asking everyone if they had an allergy or food intolerance before taking them to their table. As someone with an allergy this was nice to see, so often one has to tell the venue. Luke was obviously good with customers and throughout our visit he gave us excellent service.
Lizzie was the main staff member serving us at our table and she too was great. Especially compared to our experience earlier in the day we could not have received a better customer service. We opted to share a starter and then a calzone with some chips. To finish, my partner had tiramisu and I had the honeycomb cheesecake. See pictures for more information. All food was served in good time, was well presented and tasted very nice. Would definitely recommend if nearby.
Lovely food and no real wait time. Unfortunately I was given a table with the menu, new napkin/cutlery, etc laying over a table that had been uncleaned with lots of crumbs from the previous customer. I used an anti bac wipe and cleaned my area and it was noticed by a staff member who proceeded to clean the table as it should have been. So a star deduction as a result.
Nice dishes, lost 1 star as in my opinion a bit pricey for the selection you get
One of the nicest Ask branches. Spacious and the front french doors open on both sides to allow a through breeze on a warm day. Service a little slow but they were busy. Recommended.
Great experience. Lovely location on the side of the hill with great views out of the upper floor windows. Food and drinks were great as well as the service.

Lots of choice and the food was quick. Lots of seating inside and out and it feels very Mediterranean in the courtyard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to returning again in the future!
Had lunch on Wednesday and returned again on Thursday. Staff recognised our group and even asked if we would like the same again. Friendly staff and attentive without hovering. Food was good, served to our table quickly. Despite it being a busy Thursday afternoon. Would recommend.
Always receive excellent service and food here. Consistency makes me a regular customer. Well done all. You're a credit to Ask Italian.
