Great food and service at Galatea in Dunmow. Plenty of choices from cooked breakfasts, wraps, sandwiches and kebabs. Very reasonable prices.
Me and my partner decided to have dinner here last night.
Beautiful restaurant with first class service.
Turkish food is one of my favorites and this place topped all the restaurants I've been to in the past.

We had a wonderful experience at Galatea today.
We had planned to eat elsewhere, further out from Dunmow but were let down, and needed to find a last minute alternative (within the next 30 minutes for a party of 8!). I searched a few venues, but the vegetarian options were incredibly limited for tho
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Galatea. Lovely surroundings, superb food and friendly service. Did not feel at all rushed and could have just enjoyed sitting in the garden all afternoon. It is like a a little slice of the Mediterranean in Essex. Great Dunmow has a real gem.

Great quality meals. Staff friendly. Great feel about the place especially in the evening with music playing nice lights great food and drink plus you can sit outside. Great if your hungry and want a quality meal. I had Salmon it was cooked to perfection it was beautiful!!

Very good Turkish food. Tasty, but light, the rice is very nice. The sea bass was excellent and quite a large serving. All cooked fresh and really delicious. Only a few miles from the Travel Lodge in Gt Dunmow, if you are staying near the Airport.
Went for the first time yesterday for lunch - lovely stuff, comfy seats & food was very tasty! Will definitely be returning for dinner soon.
Great food and service, our daughter is coeliac which they’ve been great at catering for. A good place to go with the kids (back room has books etc) and the staff and team are very friendly.
