Omg, this place is amazing. We came for afternoon tea of course (book the day before) and it was amazing. Everything was delicious and presented well. The scones were out of this world, so fresh! Carol, the owner is just lovely and so are all the staff. It’s just a great place and I cannot recommend
Perfect eatery with a great range of hot and cold plates to serve a wide range of tastes. The milk shakes are authentic American recipe with real ice cream whilst local bacon and sausages are a delight.
Lovely great quality food as always. It lights up Dunmow. Lovely staff so helpful and friendly. Scotch eggs are out of this world the best I’ve ever had! Great to have an amazing cafe local! I Come here often as can’t keep away and would recommend everyone to come you won’t be disappointed!
Fabulous place to have a well cooked fresh breakfast. Attentive staff, cosy and clean. We were attending a funeral near by and the breakfast set us up for the day. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyable cafe with good food, swift and friendly service. Very popular place and was quite crowded so we had to eat in a marquee in the courtyard which added to the experience! Will return next time we visit the town.
Excellent coffee and cakes. In addition to all the other 5 star reviews, I'd just add that the service is really quick and professional, and the cafe is super clean (even the loos!).
This is a quaint and friendly little coffee shop on the high street, with a good choice of hot and cold drinks, cakes and savoury bites, as well as hot meals and breakfasts. It was well-priced and the quality was good. It is child-friendly and they allow pets in too. There is a unisex baby changing
Ordered an afternoon tea hamper and it was fantastic. Great quality and selection of items and all of them were lovely. It was also extremely good value for money.
Every weekend I pop in for takeaway coffee and the team are always great and attentive.

Coffee shops are few and far between in Great Dunmow and so this is very popular. We managed to get a table without a booking and spent a pleasant half hour there having a coffee. We didn't have anything to eat but the food looked good.
Had the breakfast sharing platter, bit of everything and a nice coffee.
Such a cute little place very pretty and peaceful, great food and friendly staff! Shame I live an hour away but will revisit here when see my friend and sister who live close by. 5 stars from me
Just right. Good clean and prompt service even when we hadn't booked on a busy Saturday brunch time. Had a good variety of things to eat and very polite and helpful staff.
I treated my daughter to a sharing breakfast platter we both really enjoyed it. Nice mixture with bacon sandwich , smashed avocado with seeds , fruit , yogurt and granola, cheese, ham, pain au chocolate. Wonderful will be doing this again thank you
