Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the pub has definitely retained its family-friendly vibe. There wasn't a huge selection on the menu, but the food itself was amazing! First time back after New ownership must say food was excellent we had carvery and the kids had meals off the menu very tasty the prices were very good 👍 staff we're very helpful and friendly but I would say there was abit of a wait but the place was busy so I think they were all flat out plenty of
Just stopped by on passing and we were very well looked after by the friendly staff. We saw the fire and they let us enjoy our meal in the cosy corner, Perfect!
We stopped here on our way home to the West Midlands from Lowestoft. A great pub. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the carvery which really hit the spot. Just perfect 👍🏼
Have visited a number of times now and each time we have had fantastic food. The Carvery is our favourite - the food is always hot,fresh and very tasty. Staff are very welcoming ,friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will be definitely visiting again
Booked as location was convenient. However place was lovely, spacious & nicely decorated. We only had a selection of starters, but they were soo good. Although didn’t have carvery it did look very good. Lots of vegetarian options. Have to say very surprised how good the food was & will definitely be

Nicely refurbished with a lovely ambiance. Pub food priced fairly and bar prices are reasonable. The carvery on Thursday evenings is very good value, nicely cooked and plenty of it.
They deserve to do well and we will return.
