Parked outside hall. Walked to river, very cool. Plenty grass area to picnic. 2 x Children's play areas. Recommend for a cheap afternoon out in pleasant surroundings for all the family.
Went to a strictly solo session. They could do with checking the toilets more regularly as some were without toilet paper.
A well run local community association centre, membership is required although it has various rooms available for hire. The largest of them has a kitchen attached and also a bar. The latter being opened to accommodate, by arrangement, gatherings requiring one.

Lovely food and drink at great prices combined with friendly atmosphere makes this a perfect venue.
Visited for a 40th birthday. Great staff, reasonable drinks prices and a clean, modern well equipped hall.
Really good venue for a party. DJ'd here for a 50th with around 150 guests. Great space, good acoustics and well stocked bar with excellent service.
Wonderful visit for a 50th Anniversary millennium hall was brilliant.
Food and service really good
I go to the Strictly solo dance classes that are held here friday mornings 10am & 11am . Which is teached by the fab Maria 😀
