The staff were lovely. Pub was busy and had great atmosphere. Decor very nice. Food was reasonably priced and the meals we had were very tasty.
We booked a family visit for the breakfast with Santa, the coffee and breakfast was lovely and Santa was amazing, he was so good with the kids and the activity pack at the end was great, it kept the children amused whilst we all had a little drink.

Gorgeous pub, lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere. Food was amazing. Dined here as a party of 6 and every single diner was very happy. I only wish we lived nearer as we would be here every week! Thanks for a lovely visit. ❤️
There was 4 of us and 2 were disabled my mum is 91 and brother 70 . When it was time to order we all wanted the steaks or mixed grill, we were told then sorry but the grill is broken.
They had my number I feel I should have been messaged to be told about grill!!!

I have been coming here for lunch on a regular basis for years and always found it a pleasant place and good food with a good selection of beers and drinks. Seems to be quite a popular place.
Did not book, but we were able to find a table that was free u til 19.45 hrs, so plenty of time for us to use and leave prior to that time. Food and a bottle of wine ordered, wine delicious, food served promptly, well presented, and good portions. Very tasty too. Excellent value.

I visited on Christmas day with my family and from start to finish the staff where brilliant, so friendly and welcoming. It was so busy but they worked so hard keeping people happy. The food was so nice and can not fault a thing. Thank you to all the staff for making our Christmas day so special.

The mushrooms had runout for the roast dinners we ordered which was a pity. When I paid the bill, I had been overcharged, so had to get it corrected before I finally paid.
Nice food and drinks. I used the app and didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Was exceptionally busy and very very hot. I think because it has a low ceiling it makes it worse but nice atmosphere and staff were absolutely lovely. Every one we encountered.
Four of us went for Sunday lunch when we couldn’t get in to our first choice and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Service was very good and the staff were nice. We were surprised that it wasn’t very busy given how nice the food was. Will definitely go again.
