Fantastic restaurant, lovely food, great service. Everything was really tasty, and of high quality. Had two small "for the table* starters (which were huge), I had the steak and ale pie with chunky chips which was amazing, and my wife had the fish pie which also looked fabulous.
We will be back. And allow space for a pudding next time.
P.s. Malbec wine was lovely.
Happy Anniversary to us ππ₯³π
We had Sunday lunch with relations. The place was very busy so had to wait even though we had booked.
Otherwise the service was excellent with plenty of staff about. The food was very good for all of us and plenty of it.
I had roast belly pork, roasted potatoes and veg. All very tasty and the gravy was very rich and added a depth to the meal.
I know we will be going back again.
The photos show you the level of quality that this Manor provides with each meal and their attention to detail from the interior is just as amazing. A great place to eat and would highly recommend a visit.
What a delightful customer service experience and very tasty food we had at the manor. This is our second visit, and we left having booked a third visit whilst dining. Absolutely recommend it especially in winter with their cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
This is a beautifully designed venue with a varied menu which was all cooked perfectly.
We tried several dishes and we enjoyed them all, the standout dish for me was the Miso Lemon chicken with mixed green ms in a sesame sauce.
The local ice cream was a great way to finish the meal.
Highly recommended, we will be back.
First visit to the Manor, we have been to the other eateries in the chain. With the exception of not being asked for a drinks choice shortly after sitting the service was excellent with all staff very polite and attentive. The food was excellent and delicious. However we could not put a finger why the Manor seems to lack atmosphere. Everything is well appointed and the staff obviously well trained. It just lacked a little of the hustle and bustle of the Fishpool or the Pheasant.

Classy restaurant without being at all snobby.
The staff were consumate professionals, but friendly. Cem's wine knowledge is highly impressive, but not quite matched by the wine selection, perhaps if he were allowed a little freedom to source a selection??
Our server, Faye, is a rare find amoungst serving staff. She knew the menu intimately & when asked gave a good recommendation. She was also able to articulate why she picked the specific dish. My lamb rump was a great choice, equally matched by the stone bass, my wife chose.
The food was tremendous, my wife allergies were creatively catered for. The whole meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. Full credit to the kitchen crew on a cruelly hot and humid day.
Our visit was only marred slightly by witnessing, what I believed to be the owners dining party, profering a generous cash tip to their server, only to have what I presumed to be to be a senior staff member who took the payment, appear to pocket the tip.
I can only hope it was later passed to the server.
Nice meal, drinks very expensive (but they are everywhere) good atmosphere. Not the cheapest but very pretty inside and the toilets are amazing! Most notable is the service, which was impeccable.
Mum's 70th birthday π π₯³ party π₯³ had section ( conservatory) to our selves x staff very accommodating pleasant π good price for amount of people + kids and baby πΆ food was well done and just over all fantastic experience π can't fault anything xx
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The staff were polite and attentive. The food was well presented and the drinks were plentiful!
The only "observation" I have, My Butter Chicken had the smallest cubes of chicken, about 5mm in size! Still tasted great though π
