Sadiya at Costa Coffee is a true gem! She not only remembers my favorite coffee every time I visit but also makes the best coffee around. I've become so accustomed to her incredible brew that I can easily spot it when someone else makes it. Her service and coffee are top-notch – a visit to Costa Coffee is incomplete without her!
I always enjoyed being here to have a break and the staff seems to be very helpful. Been here quite a few times and being served by at least six different people. Never had a problems and I can highly recommend this for anyone I will definitely be coming back here on occasions. Always seems to be space for cars or vans but lorries coul do with some extra space as quite often the queuing outside...
Sadiya is very fast at making coffee and her coffee is never bitter. She always asks how i am and brings a smile on my face.
Nice place to chill. I always pop to costa for coffee and Sadiya is lovely there. Coffee is always perfect made by her. A perfect flat white.
Visited today (Sunday 5th Feb) and this is a review for the staff member working alone. Large queue with no help. An absolute credit to your company. Super efficient and very polite. Literally watched him doing 10 things at once. Not sure if it is normal for there to be only one staff member. If so then shame on you Costa! This guy deserves a raise!
After a traumatic journey, I stopped at Costa to keep me awake. Can I just say what a lovely girl Joni is!! Friendly and upbeat and a real credit to the company in an otherwise not so great services. Well done, Joni!
Excellent service! Staff has been absolutely fabulous on my last visits from this Tuesday. The coffee bar was very clean, coffee was very good, tables and coffee serving area was very clean and team engaged with customers, in a polite and very friendly manner. Keep it up guys!
