Definitely one of the best KFC I've been to food wise and they're hit and miss everywhere. Service can be pretty pour not very organized but have seen them deal with some very rude customers tbf. Overall for the chicken it's worth it

Staff are friendly, located in the town centre open till late quick service place is clean (most times) just like what you’ll expect in any other kfc

Venue is small so if you wanted to eat in. I would only advise to go on week days that are quieter. When I went it was late in the evening after 10pm on a Friday so your milage may vary. We ate in the car, the food was piping hot so I was satisfied with the meal. Have no real complaints with the mea

Went in and ordered as a takeaway. Felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Plainly obvious that their Just Eat, Uber , etc take priority over an ordinary customer

Potato fries was cold. Other was good.

Only local KFC since Lakeside retail parks restaurant had closed, Can get busy, but all has been good with my visits 😋

Good customer service and it is usually very busy so will need to queue up most of the time.

Standard KFC! If you catch it at the right time everything's all good, if you don't, it ain't! 🤷🏻‍♂️ This visit to this one was 50/50! Can't beat a Morleys for fried Chicken anyway...they need one in Grays badly!

Does exactly what is says on the tin fried chicken and chips quickly made. I walked in used the touch screen order system that was easy to use. I ordered the £25 party bucket and that fed 5 hungry adults, I enjoyed it and so did everyone else.

Friendly staff, quickly service, tasty food!!!
