Visited Subway in Grays. Located nicely in town center.
Lots of seating space, customer toilet, nice decoration, well maintained.
Blown away by smell of freshly made bread, good customer service, maybe not 5 star but definitely more than 4 star.
Ordered online and the sandwich came cold when I asked it to be toasted ,last week a 6inch came when I asked for a foot long so although food was nice instructions need to be paid attention too
Nice and clean. Had several tables and chairs to sit in. The lady who served us was very friendly.
Great customer service and fresh food. Massive dining space inside which is not common for the subway. Inside the high street and close to the station. Parking is available in the evening time. Highly recommended.
A good place to have some above-average quality sandwitch for an affordable price. A chain that is worth their own stead. Objectively the sandwitches are healthier and more furfilling than competition.
Grays really needed it.
A good place to go once or twice per week.

Was served by some charming newbie staff, 100 % effort in making me an awesome sandwich. Even the boss was lovely. If only more franchises were run like this! Thank you 🙏👌❤️
