Me and my mum came here the Sunday gone and the food was amazing. We go Zizzi a lot but this time everything was just perfect. My mum got the belly pork which was cooked perfectly. I got a white wine pasta bake with chicken chorizo & mushroom and it was delicious. The new cheesecake was also fantastic. Staff were great.

Drinks were nice, a little slow as only 1 member of staff preparing the drinks orders.
Toilets are individual and clean, but some were low on toilet paper.
Restaurant was very warm, I'm guessing with the pizza oven.
had an amazing dining experience at Zizzi! The food, thanks to the talented chef Tom, was absolutely outstanding. The Ravioli di Capra was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. I must also commend Danka for her exceptional service, which truly elevated the overall experience. I can't wait to return for another delicious meal.
Went to Zizzi few days ago with my friends. We had a pram each and it was quite busy, so we didn't expect to be seated so quick. Anyway, we were aproched by a manager Lukas, who made sure we were given the best seat possible. He took our drink order straight away and brought highchairs for the kids. Our food arrived within 15 min after ordering, was piping hot and delicious. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend. Amazing staff, lovely food, warm atmosphere.
Always a fantastic meal in Zizzi at Lakeside. Staff are attentive, service is fast and professional and the food is excellent. Definitely recommend.
Been to Zizzi with the whole family for two birthdays, the food& drinks were amazing, the serving impeccable, had also an amazing and lovely waitress Alexa who also recommended which cocktails to get ( the most delicious ones) and she also prepared two desserts for the birthday girls and made the rest of the guests to sing "happy birthday" together with the staff of Zizzi. So, don't hesitate to go there, doesn't matter the occasion, they'll make you feel special anyway.
Myself and my partner came for dinner without being here before. Staff including Lukas were so helpful when it came to ordering and gave us great suggestions!

Was put off by the waitress who found us a table as A) we hadn’t booked and B) god forbid we needed space for a wheelchair. After our initial surprise the waitresses were pleasant and helpful (excluding the first waitress who sat us down) and everything was with ease and a smile. Maybe disability acceptance training needs to be ongoing for staff to ensure everyone is educated on equality when it comes to being disabled.
Food was nice though the pasta was too hard for my liking.
Celebrated birthday party there, staff was great, service was quick, food is also good, and cocktail are amazing. Would definitely return.
