I order celebration cakes here for all the family members and get take away few times a month. The staff have always been friendly and have always helped with any special requests.

Manager (lady) was really helpful: I pass by the evening before to find my cake choice had gone: she spoke to me and promise to keep a cake as I describe for me in the fridge for the next day evening. If you like coffee and cake, definitely worth a visit (before they fall back into administration). This is a small installation with 30 or 40 seats. Never been too busy when I've been, but might just be as I've visited out of peak times. Good place to relax mid-shop.

They have Patisserie Valerie in the outlet and lakeside where I have been. The cakes are lovely, they do coffee, tea, cappuccino, hot or cold drinks. Lovely place to come and eat cake. Lovely staff.
We always go here after having lunch, it's nice to sit in a comfortable seating area with a coffee and decide if you can fit in one of their pieces of cake
