I had a very positive experience at this place. The fish and chips were delicious, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this fish and chips bar to anyone looking for a great fish and chips meal.
Ordered a medium gluten free cod and chips + 1 standard cod and chips this evening, both meals were cooked to perfection, lovely batter on both, perfect chips (gluten free on Monday and Tuesdays), we will definitely be ordering again as my wife finds it very difficult to find good gluten free fish and chips in Thurrock (she's Celiac). I've missed Mumfords since it closed but The Brothers fish bar is as good, if not better. Excellent!
I bought Fish and Chips for 5 last night, the first time I’d been since ‘The Brothers’ had taken over.
Everything was excellent, the fish was really tasty, the batter and chips were spot on.
Staff very polite; I will be returning sooner rather than later.
Especially after a disappointing takeaway from ‘Oh My Cod’ in Hathaway Road.

Amazing fish and chips, I live around the area and I have tried all the fish and chip shops, but this one is by far better than any of them. The size of the cod was massive and thick( the batter was crispy and not oily) and the chips were soooooo tasty. Staff were lovely and I even got a some free stuff today. They have some crazy deals I don’t think anyone is doing deals like they are. Hats off to the chef! Will defo be coming back for more!!! 🙌🏽

I had the best fish and chips ever as it’s been taken over by new people and they offer the best gluten free menu ever . Can’t believe I can get fish and chips now as not had it for years . The staff was amazing and never had to wait long at all thankyou brothers fish bar
This is such a good chip shop! The staff are always so friendly and the chips are always perfect. There’s a great selection of sides and other extras and a lot of vegetarian options, all round great chip shop
First time ordering from here , lovely big cod , fresh chips and lovely curry sauce

First time we have tried this fish bar. The premises was very clean. Staff very friendly portion sizes good. Fish freshly cooked. And kids meal of cod and chips and a drink wow very good value for money. We will be back.
If you love seafood, fish is fresh not oliy👍🏾 also the chip are perfection.
