Really good local pub for Gravesend. The garden is a hidden gem as well. Great place to sit when the sun’s out and enjoy a few pints. Loads of seating too so not much need to worry wether there will be space, although it can get busy! The burgers that they do on the bbq on weekends are fantastic as
Had a very enjoyable birthday meal at the Windmill yesterday evening. We were a party of 10 and arrived just before kitchen was due to close but chef was really helpful and patient while we decided what we wanted to order. Thanks so much for accommodating us, a family of 15 in total with 5 children and 3 vegetarians plus a fussy meat eater who only wanted peas... Our first time in this local gem of a pub. Grabbed a couple of drinks and sat in the beautiful garden. Unfortunately day time food was unavailable. But we'll go back and try that another day. The garden was very quiet and hard to believe you were on the edge of Gravesend town
Very clean and friendly venue. A lovely outside area to socialise. There was a live band there. The music and the vybz was electrifying. The staff are helpful and great service. Would recommend if you in the Gravesend area.

Incredibly helpful staff. Great Sunday lunch. Good for children in particular and highly recommended. Much better than the chain pubs and it’s good to support local businesses. Meals were huge too - but managed to finish it all!
We've just been for our second visit, had an absolutely delicious Sunday roast in a lovely cosy pub with service that honestly made us feel like Kings. We had a bit of an emergency and had to rush off but they couldn't have been nicer to help us and wrapped up our leftovers - we were so comfortable

Cutest place :) I came here with my family and had a lovely little lunch in the garden, my dad had the seafood platter which trumped all his expectations, I had the dirty fries which were fab, and my mum really enjoyed her jacket potato; Amy the barmaid was so friendly too! Lovely pub. I guess this review is probably based on the fact that the weather today was glorious and the garden at this pub is great. Really good size. Service was quick. Tucked up out the way, in fact I literally drove past it. Parking is a but of a pain but other than those minor points a lovely
