Had my birthday in the 26th of May at Beefeater Woodlands in Gravesend. The food was lovely and fresh. Cleanliness and staff and our severe was lovely and friendly. I had the Surf and Turf and apple pie with ice cream. Loved it. Thank you staff and Beefeater Woodlands.

This place just seems to go downhill. They chose whenever they want to have last orders, they ran out of lager for a whole week (one choice only left). Staff look unhappy and are quite surly, place is generally dirty and very unwelcoming, toilets are always dirty and paper towels overflowing bins. W
This beefeater has a great standard of service. The server was nice and attentive. We got the unlimited refills, every time our glasses were empty we were offered a refill fairly quickly. The food was at a good standard. I got the pulled beef open sandwich, I would give it an easy 7/10
Visited lunchtime on 30th August. Had heard mixed reviews re food and service, but we were pleasantly surprised. Waitress Bobbi-ja was very helpful and attentive. We have a large family gathering. Table's set out in advance, very easy to order, polite and great service, everyone's meals arrived at the same time so no one was left waiting. Would definitely recommend booking in advance.
Food was absolutely gorgeous. Appeared to be very short staffed. But Melanie, our waitress was superb. She had a lot of tables to serve but she was very professional and polite. Pay her double, worth her weight in gold !!!
