Cracking place, great location close to town, very friendly, clean and has everything you could want. Meals are good value and the staff are really welcoming.
Great prices mid-week but weekends are becoming expensive, I suppose that's just supply & demand.
Definitely coming back mid week in 2024.

Lovely little yha. Friendly staff. Excellent location, great for hiking from and a nice little village. The car park is really tiny which is an issue. Definitely recommend a trip here.
Lovely place in an equally lovely location. Usual YHA experience and probably better than what most people would expect. One negative, the car parking has inadequate capacity resulting in latecomers having to find overnight parking in the village
Amazing place to stay and enjoyed the unlimited breakfast in the morning. Well kept and friendly staff, chef was great in the morning and food was hot and tasted great.
Loads of space to dry kit for walking days and WiFi worked with no issues.
It was an extremely delightful stay, with really amazing staff. Always so helpful and welcoming. TV room, living room and games room were clean and neat. The kitchen was also good. They also provide meals there, so if you're in a hurry and don't have time to cook, you can always order. I would suggest this place for stay as well as good chill time. They have a really huge garden to play as well.
My first time staying here. The bed was very comfy, the bedroom was spotless. The stay was great. Would go back at the drop of a hat
Booked our stay for 4 nights. Double room was clean, had a little sink and a wardrobe. Shower rooms and toilets were very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is fantastic!
Staff are very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
The kitchen was wiped down 3 times a day, and it seemed clean at all times.
The only downside is that the car park is slightly small, so there may be no spaces, especially during the peak season.

I camped here and it was -6 but loved the place the hostel is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget stay.
I will be back.
