Wonderful staff, very helpful and always a stop to enjoy whilst on holiday. Food was fresh, batter was crispy on the fish and the chips were cooked well. Would recommend
Had the most delicious piece of Halibut tonight. (Not something you often see in Fish & Chip shops.)The batter was very light and crispy, the fish so fresh and tasted amazing.
Have had the Scampi & Chips before and Haddock & Chips, all were lovely and fresh and cooked well.
At busy times, there is a wait, but if you want fresh food that’s cooked to order, that is to be expected. In my opinion, it’s well worth the wait!
We shall be back to sample more of the extensive menu.😊

We had cod, a cheeseburger an two regular fries with salt and vinegar. It all tasted great, was prepared fresh and hot. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly. Recommended 100%.

We've just had a chippy from the 'Speyside Fish and Chips' shop in Grantown on Spey.

I had a chicken breast in batter with a small portion of chips (not so SMALL!!) The batter was beautiful and crisp but not greasy and the chicken was cooked to perfection and just melted in the mouth. The chips were just right, not too hard or greasy and obviously cooked in fresh oil. Because the prices were so reasonable I even had them throw in a couple of pickled onions!! My husband enjoyed his chips and 'All steak Pukka pie' (you can't go wrong with a 'Pukka' pie) The best chippy we've had in the valley and equally as good as our favourite chippy in Kirkby Town Center by Liverpool. I only wish they sold large 'Chop Suey Rolls' up here in Scotland .... My absolute favourite!! The staff were so helpful and friendly too. We took it down and ate it at the side of The Spey on a beautiful evening, a wonderful experience all together.

Lovely staff, tasty food with loads of options, including vegan. Made for a really good pit stop.
The best fish supper I’ve ever had. Went for a cod and chips. Fish was meaty and tasty, batter was perfect and the chips were not too fatty or too salty. The peas were fantastic to - just the right amount of mint. No idea about the service as my partner placed the order, but apparently they were great.

Decent prices here and a good range too. Good portions of haddock and very tasty too. Chips less good. Most frustratingly they forgot to add salt and vinegar to the chips and we were back in our accommodation when we realised. Grrrr!!
Decent fish and chips takeaway.
I got fish and chips and they take card or cash. They sell sauce sachets or bottles and I didn't have to wait that long. Looks very clean inside so I would go back here and try some other things they do.
Price ok, size of Cod ok, from the colour of it, it looks like cooking oil is fresh. Taste ok, chips are not bad. Blonde lady was nice and friendly. It took 10 minutes only. Cant complaing.
Eaten here several times now and the service and quality of food has been spot on.
The Jumbo Cod is always freshly cooked and it's obvious that they regularly change the oil, as the chips are divine.
The place is also spotlessly clean and very spacious so you can comfortably wait inside for your order. A definite perk in the current climate!
Came here on a business trip a couple of times. The fish is fresh and tastes great. The service is exemplary and inclusive. If you're not from the area and you are looking for a place to eat then this is your best option. All the best guys.
Really yummy fish and chips. Came on a Friday night at about 2030 and were content in frying up some fresh fish, scampi and chips. Delicious, reasonable sized portions and at a good price.
Nice haddock & chips, batter not bad but we are from Yorkshire and ours is lighter. Pleasant staff, worth a visit
Staff are very friendly, and the food is great and swiftly prepared. The menu has a good range of both fish and other options, including several vegetarian main dishes. Would highly recommend!
