I would like to thank all the staff at Priory for such a wonderful lunch and the excellent service that was given to my partner, her parents and myself. My partners father has recently finished radiotherapy, eating can be difficult for him but he felt he was a comfortable environment and was able to eat all his meal as the food was so good and the beef was very tender making it easy for him to eat. I would recommend this establishment to all. Thank you again.

This is the 3rd review of The Priory, which is needed and required now The Priory has been taken over and is under new management, the new management have pumped a lot of money into getting the pub to a clean, inviting and higher standard of what a pub should be.
They have stopped serving food which is a positive for what was produced in the past.
Loads of entertainment for all ages.
The beer and other drinks are very well kept and the bar staff are a pleasure to speak with, I and my family and dog will enjoy going back to The Priory many more times.

2nd ReVisited a few days back and with the management gone and the pub under temporary management the standards have gone downhill massively. Several lack of beer choices, sticky tables and just no longer welcoming. I hope it’s can be restored soon.

First Review - An awesome stop for a refreshing pint, nicely fitted beer garden (with all tables socially distanced). Brilliant and friendly owners, who ensure the mask wearing policy is followed. Great fresh pint and dog friendly. Defo going back to try the food.

The Priory is a lovely, family pub. My husband and I have been going there for several months for Sunday lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the premises have been redecorated and the Sunday roasts we have enjoyed very much. We recommend this place to all our family and friends as a great value, pleasant place.
There was 5 of us we all had there Sunday roast. Every one of us made comments that the meal was well cooked. The meat was so tender. And there puddings were yummy.
A lot better than last time I visited I live just down the road and have avoided after my last experience. Will definetly recommend
