Pretty good food.....but don't expect it to be 4/5-star or 'this is not just food - it is M&S food'.
We all had something different and it was a bit better than just 'okay'.

I have just been to visit my local store for a few fresh products and I have spent a voucher that I received for Christmas and then put extra money to the selection of items I purchased. The quality is very good good and the store is not over big, compact and easy to get round. The restaurant is a very good place to use after the shopping has been done. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well presented. I like to use the store mainly for fresh food and ready meals and fresh fruit.

Ive been shopping here for a few years .and the staff are what make the place although the quality is excellent .but the staff are always very helpful and make the experience great .
They always have time for a chat and make it a personal experience , And through covid 19 they stepped up the mark..i really hope m and s value there staff they have at the grantham branch .also like to comment they have quite a few younger staff who are also impeccably well mannered as young ones get a lot of bad press.

Good coffee shop, staff could have been a little more helpful as I'm in a wheelchair, but food and cleanliness good.
