Just popped in on a rare trip to town. Beer very very reasonable price. Was a bit dubious about an 8oz steak for £6.50. It came very well presented and cooked exactly as requested. In all extremely good value tasty food. We will be back.
Brilliant pub, definitely the best place in Grantham, the staff are very welcoming and I always feel safe in the pub, lovely atmosphere too.

The black dog is very reasonably priced with excellent food. My husband and I both got burgers and enjoyed them.
