Excellent food! Great atmosphere in the pub! Great freindly staff, good fun on weekends when the DJ is here! Great value for money drinks! Would recommend people to visit this place just for a beer or some lovely lunch! The cocktails are great too
This place has improved so much since new management and staff have started there. The gins are just the best served correctly and they taste yummy. Staff are always polite in there and the food has improved a lot. Love that they have a professional photographer at weekends to. Well done to all the staff xx

I was cruising through Grantham with not much time to spare before my train.
Ordered food which arrived quickly and was delicious.
The staff were really pleasant and one even helped me to my table as I've recently had knee surgery.
Will definitely be returning as I frequently use Grantham for commuting.

Visited here in the past and it was so so. Now the new manager has taken over the service is top notch. Nothing is too much trouble! Lovely pub!

Food 10/10 however the day we came they where short staffed .bar staff very polite , service was quick at bar I hope the next time I visit we can have the Yorkshire wrap as this was out of stock on this visit a great feel to the new look look forword to are return at some point
Overall a brilliant place to be! During the day time it's warm and cozy with an excellent range of food on the menu. At night is a party club environment! I went during lunch time and the food was incredible. Only had a small meal from the menu but I was stuffed and the price was great for what I got.
I highly recommend anyone from or around Grantham to come here for food. Or if you and friends want to have a good dance/party this is the place to be. đź‘Ť
I am Joanna from Tidy&Shiny Cleaning Services After work, I like to come here for a few beers and eat fish and chips. I really enjoy it. The atmosphere here is very good, relaxing, and it eliminates the fatigue of the day. It's a great bar.
I have been to The Old Bank a couple of times and it's OK place to get some drinks or have a meal. The food was good for its price, a quite a big choice of meals and options. However my meal was served around 10 mins later than people's who ordered after me. Great choice of beers & drinks, drinks were very nice (2 for 1). The staff was nice and helpful.
Great customer service from Jay and Lauren, greeted with a smile. The food was incredible. I do struggle with people getting my steak right but this well done steak was the best by far! Great work, chef Matt! (3/07/2023)
Food was good. music aas a little loud for 3 in the afternoon, could only just hold a conversation across the table. the ser ice was shockingly slow. using the app to order the drinks took over 25 minutes and the bar wasn't overly busy. food came out after 30 min and one of the meals was incorrect. unlikely to go back for a meal as there are other places in Grantham that serve good food with far better service.
Huge shout out to Heidi and Lauren, they've made me feel very welcome, always a lovely pint and atmosphere, great drink selection and a fantastic beer garden! Recommended 11/10
I met a lovely young lady with fab blue hair called harriet, she was very polite and helpful towards me and my partner. She was very confident in her job and just all round brilliant help.
Lovely local pub, excellent food and fab service. Dog friendly which is even better! Liam is always friendly and service with a smile!
Most of the food was lovely, steamed veg was a miss but nice place and staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Lauren service was prompt and informative of the menu. She was always quick to serve. Friendly and kind.
The staff have always been friendly each time I’ve gone in. My food has always been met to standard and it’s very delicious!! The atmosphere is always pleasant to be in.
Came in to watch England v Scotland last night and loved sitting with a nice pint of Strongbow and watch Harry maguire score a own goal 100% would come back
