Only came to eat. Had the best service in particular from Caitlin who was so lovely and accommodating. It was steak Wednesdays and I can honestly say the best steak I've ever had! Beautiful place. Good food. Great location. We'll be back!
Last minute booking arriving in the middle of a multi day bike ride very tired and somewhat disheveled. Cosy rustic pub just off the South Downs way. Good room and bathroom. Excellent evening meal and breakfast to set you up for a day of walking. Village is lovely.
