We were at Cafe Flava last night for the first time for a meal, and will definitely return. I had yummy macaroni cheese with chicken and bacon pieces whilst my husband had fish and chips. The food was delicious, there was a varied selection on the menu, making it difficult to choose! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the dishes and glasses sparkled!
Went there to do some work and have breakfast before a meeting. First class service . polite staff...and no booming / s *** ty music blaring out. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Wanted somewhere dog friendly..lava couldnt have been any better...staff where very nice...food was great...perry loved his burger..defo go again..

Good selection of food, nice cakes. Great views over the river Clyde. Staff are friendly, nice atmosphere. Chips could be less salty. If busy be prepared for a wait. Free wifi is available.
Probably the best coffee shop in the area, always a great welcome staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, highly recommended.
Really enjoy the food here, service is usually a bit slow but worth it !
This nicely appointed modern coffee shop has good views but the staff have a very strange what do you want why are you here your not a regular type attitude, made not much better by fairly priced coffee if it tasted nice but it dosnt.

Cafe has been recently refurbished, but one thing has not changed, I am talking about stunning view from the full length window.
Food is really nice, we ordered few sharing platters, they were delicious and very filling. Staff was very helpful and looked after us well.
Was working there today and only had pea and ham soup, but the meals coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic. Definitely our next port of call on a night out

Lovely little cafe in the centre of Gourock. Try upstairs ("the loft") for a stunning view over the Clyde on a clear day. Friendly, helpful staff, food not particularly special (bacon was quite fatty, scrambled eggs had a few bits of shell in them) but coffee was great and overall had a good experience.
Good value for money, panini and mug of soup (actually a good size bowlful !!!!!!) only £7 👍, very friendly staff, go for a window facing the water, stunning views across the Clyde. We will be back in the near future. Also plenty of little art and craft type shops along this short stretch of street with free parking nearby.

I am a photographer and was out shooting all day with my partner and my dog, it was very cold and decided to Google this wee place, better still was that they let me bring austyne my dog in aswell!!! Wonderfully refreshing to see an upmarket place like this and accepts the furry customers too, ended up having a 3 course meal because the waitress loved dogs and he loved chilling on his rug too, highly recommend this place
