Only had diner here. Very welcoming and helpful staff and great food. Well not just great, some of the best I've had in a pub.
Oh and very dog-friendly. Will go back to try their pizza's and some other dessert!

Lovely pub on the outskirts of a charming little Kent village. It's got a big terrace / garden for summer and lots of space for dining. The food isn't cheap but it's good quality and better than most pubs. Their pizzas are excellent and great value.

Genuine, courteous, hospitable staff - best French onion soup I've ever tasted ditto my husband's moule mariniere Deep bubbly bath in our delightfully spacious bedroom - excellent breakfast. Most highly recommend.
Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful, friendly and well maintained.
Although there are only a handful of rooms they are of an extremely high standard. I had large bath and a shower in my room so was spoilt for choice.

Came for a drink and it was a lovely venue however staff were very unsure on gluten free beer selection. If you're coeliac, do you're own research beforehand as cellar head session pale is definitely not gluten free

We were staying at Bewl Water and found this nice looking place on trip advisor. Much nicer than expected, nice and clean, lovely decor and comfy seating. Staff were really nice and the food was super. Highly recommend.
Situated on a fairly busy road leading to/from Goudhurst village, the car park can easily fill on a busy day. Plenty of space for sitting both in and out and a good selection of local beers (Jakes and Harveys). Varied menu selection and pleasant service.
Had a wonderful Sunday lunch with friends, servers were attentive, we also enjoyed wine tasting of 3 wines from Balfour
Loved this place! We stayed 1 night as hotel guests. The bed was so comfortable, the most comfy pillow (important stuff) room was spotlessly clean, lovely shower, large bathroom, and very peaceful at night, felt very comfortable there. Lovely breakfast in quirky surroundings. If i lived closer this
Stopped in here for dinner and the staff, food & drink was really good. Not often in this area but if I'm ever in the area I wouldn't think twice about coming back!
