Great authentic pub with their own brews and an array of local drinks and no alcohol brands, which is unusual but very awesome! They also have their own snacks like sausage flavoured crisps and their own salami like cured meat. Very very tasty. Great atmosphere and fantastic friendly and warm staff.
Wow this place is amazing. Great location. Brilliant staff and outstanding beer, gin and cider. Make the time to pop down for a beer or 3. Amazing selection and they do flights so you can work out what you like 👍
What a nice surprise. Every museum should have a brewery attached. 14 beers to choose from, whats not to like.
Great staff, nice atmosphere, slightly more expensive than the average pub, but drinks are local or from their own brewery. Good outdoor seating area for the warmer months. Definitely recommend if you want a good pint!

I love this place. Love the beer and the surroundings, and it has some lovely staff and brewers, it also has some staff who are not so happy and smiley.
They are not very good at replying to questions on line so if you want make a booking or ask a question, its best to phone them . Other than that
What a lovely location and well placed in Priddys Hard (a hard beach once owned by a lady called Priddy). This is also the location of a munitions factory which dates back as far as before Waterloo. Lots of naval weapon systems in the local area and a museum to tell you all about it. We ate here and
First time visit, huge choice of beer all brewed on site, the service was excellent, as was the food. Great views all round. Overall a fantastic place, I will definitely be back.
Great venue that I was lucky enough to visit whilst in Portsmouth for a couple of days. Good range of beers Including guest) and knowledgeable staff and a lovely building. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and like beer!
Great tap room with a wide selection of drinks available. Had a brilliant time working my way through the beers on offer, conveniently halves are actually half the price of a full pint here so no penalty for those who want to have smaller drinks to increase the range of what they can try.

Delicious drinks brewed on-site and friendly staff. Never touched beer before going here but the barmaid helped me find a style that I enjoyed. Also has options like beer tasters for people who want to try out a lot of things.

First visit here. Didn't realise they are actually within part of the Navy museum on the Gosport side. (Explosion) If you want a little bit more relaxed food and drink from the Historic Dockyard side well worth nipping over on the water bus or Ferry. Drinks seem to start from about £5.
Love this place. Great location, fantastic ambience and friendly staff. Incredible array of drinks too. The food looks good but I haven't tried it (yet!).
What a great little spot. Bring your other half, kids, parents or even your dog. Any excuse to visit and try some locally brewed ale. It's a great little Gem in the Gosport Crown so spread the word and come check it out 😊 I'll see you in there 👋🏾
Saturday lunch treat for three, soup starter yummy, just right for a wet Autumn day. Mussels, pulled beef bap, steak pie. All tasty.
Fabulous as always. The Powder Monkey is a fantastic venue, great beer, a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a waterfront outlook...what's not to like?
Brilliant place to go,staff very friendly,atmosphere+drinks good views across the harbour are great especially on a sunny day.
Location a little awkward to find,but other than that it's great.
