Great atmosphere as soon as you walk into the place. The staff are very friendly - good eye contact. I had a great cappuccino, my husband had tea and a plain scone. The tea was made with proper loose tea and the scone was really big, fresh and delicious! Love the decor! There's peices of art for sale so ended up buying a lovely bowl and mug :) I would definitely visit again!

Our favourite cafe by far. Have been to Pierreponts for breakfast and lunch many a time and just love their homemade food. Would highly recommend them.

Simply brilliant cafe. My avocado, smoked salmon & poached egg open sandwich was a perfect lunch dish. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to try the stunning looking cakes (only because I didn't have time or room!). What a selection!

A lovely little cafe with high quality food and decent coffee. The seating out the front catches the morning sun. Highly recommend the carrot cake!

When cycling in the area this is my "go to" for a coffee stop. Excellent food, friendly staff and got a real good vibe. Everything on show was nicely presented - yum yum. I saw a customer having a "ginger shot" I think I will give one of these a try next time. Would go again.

Nice coffee shop next to the river and the lock. The food was great! It was busy and we didn't reserve the table but we were seated without waiting.

So glad to get a table before 10:00 on a Saturday. Very accommodating to a large group. My French toast, bacon, banana and maple syrup was amazing and perfect fuel for my cycle. My soya latte was also delicious.

Out for a walk in the Goring area, we stopped for lunch at this excellent cafe. The choice of food was wide and all looked good quality. The atmosphere was pleasant and relatively cool on this baking day! The burger and chips was very tasty and served with a delicious salad; there is also plenty for the vegetarian. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will return.

Another lovely visit to Pierreponts. This morning we had a delicious breakfast after our dog walk along the Thames. They always have such a unique and interesting menu, we had Turkish eggs and Mushrooms on toast, both of which were extremely yummy.

Excellent little independent cafe, staff were really friendly. We opted for the homemade quiche and salads followed by carrot cake - all absolutely delicious and the perfect place for a mid-walk stop!

Great cafe with delicious carrot cake and mocha. Gets super busy on the weekends so unless you are willing to sit outside in the cold, not a great place to just rock up without a booking during winter

Nice place with good food. Would be 5 stars if not for the abrupt, almost surly, manner of one of the staff, who I think may be the owner or manager. I’ve had the same experience from her on two occasions now, so I can’t put it down to a one-off. Otherwise, all good.

Delicious vegetarian quiche with salad. Generous portion and hard to fault. Would have liked the baguettes to come with a side salad and/or crisps.

Now this is a coffee shop. Delightful building with the right vibe and decor. Very high standard of food, even the salads are given love, seeds and seasoning. I had a sausage baguette (granted these arnt hard but high end sausage standards says alot!) Outside seating and a perfect place to while away the day. Can't wait to retire and spend all my money on coffee here.

Top quality cafe. Great food: Breakfast and Lunch and cakes. Lovely coffee. The friendliness, helpfulness and service are second to none. If you are walking the Ridgeway, it's a great place to fill up and swap stories.

This is a really lovely cafe. The quiche and side dish for £10 could not have felt healthier or fresher, highly recommend. Afterwards I enjoyed a chai tea which was their own recipe and it was delicious.
