Best flapjacks I've ever had, every time. Fantastic savoury food too, especially the pasties which are better than any Cornish I've had. Lovely people too!

Cafe in the centre of the village serving hot drinks, lunches and a variety of cakes. Indoor and outdoor seating, free WiFi, contactless payment accepted. All the food is homemade and prepared to order. Hearty portions and reasonable prices.

An excellent find. Had bacon roll and plenty of bacon on it. Lots of locals using here which is always a good sign

Service at Goostry cafe is outstanding, staff go above and beyond to cater for all. Dave the owner was very helpful when I had a mechanical with my bike. He went out of his way to drive to the local train station with bike in his trailer. Thank you so much Dave home safe and sound, good to know there is still some lovely caring people out there x

Wonderful staff who really take an interest and care for their customers. Food is wonderful especially a cheese and branston pickle sandwich They went to great lengths to make sure it was just as I liked it. Always a friendly welcome and food is really great with specials and a good mixture of scrumptious cakes.

This little cafe is a hidden gem: excellent ingredients eg good bacon, tasty cheese, proper leaf tea in china cups. Everything was delicious, including the soup and the best rarebit we'd ever tasted. There were fresh scones and cakes. A limited menu but all home-made. They were happy to alter the menu to suit us and offered very friendly service. The two ladies are obviously working hard to make it a success. The cafe attracted a range of people while we were there, from people living in the village, families and passing cyclists to workmen wanting a takeaway hot buttie. Brilliant!
