My wife and I bought some very expensive garden furniture from Knights and when we received it, three parts were manufactured incorrectly (the support legs were too long).

Great service, I left the supporting piece for a balcony trough i bought in the store. They held onto it for two months until I could pick it up next
Favourite garden centre. Really helpful, informative staff in the plant section. Honest. If they don’t know something, they tell you, and find someone who does. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.
