Gail’s has the best coffee and the best staff in Godalming! Yes, it can get quite busy, but the wait is well worth it. Their chocolate croissants in the morning are heavenly. Really warm, friendly team - love coming here!

Best non-flower choco cake I’ve tasted! Great coffee as well. The Pastrami Bagel could use some cheese though. Shutout to the very kind guy at the till with the burnt arm from one of the hot trays that day! A true hero indeed 🫡

Divine pastries, intriguing and very tasty choice of food, lovely service, decent coffee 👌🏻The prices are not low, tho, the place seemed unnecessary loud, just one shared loo for the busyness of it doesn’t seem enough and my baked eggs were not soft as advertised so couldn’t really dip my soldiers.

Great food and lovely coffee. Bit pricey and noisy so avoid if you want an intimate chat without raising your voice like being in the pub on a Saturday night. Will visit again.

Enjoyed my latte with ham & cheese croissant. Busy today, nice vibe, service quite quick, bit of a wait for hot drink... Queue out the door when l left. Overall positive experience. Will return.
