I went along fir a chat with Sally who runs the cafe and Tristan who owns the space after meeting them at a networking event. The Branch Cafe has a lovely, relaxed and airy feel to it. The cakes looked amazing and the cheese & spinach muffin I had was delicious. I got chatting to another business owner there so it's a great place for meetings and getting work done as well as generally relaxing. If you are in or around Godalming it's definitely somewhere to visit.

This cafe has a lovely, quiet atmosphere that was perfect for drawing and reading with a tasty, warm drink. I had the tea and a latte, both were very nice. Also, as the WiFi password hints at, the cake was excellent.

The Branch is a wonderful, light filled space to work, relax or just read a book in a comfortable and peaceful setting. Perfect for those who freelance & work from home for a change of scene and meet other such folk. Another big plus the great coffee, good food & fabulous cakes!

We stumbled on this place while looking for a quiet cafe to do some work in. It's lovely - peaceful, comfortable and with good coffee, tea and light food. The people running it are very friendly and we felt instantly at ease. Looking forward to trying the new high tea offering shortly!

Popped in for lunch today - had a delicious open smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich on toasted rye bread followed by a decadent chocolate brownie that was so rich I was unable to finish it. Lovely quiet ambiance. Just wish it was open on Saturdays.

Lovely light and airy space with plenty of room for my little one. Staff were lovely and our babychinno, iced coffee and fresh cherries were perfect on a hot sunny July afternoon. Would highly recommend it for a bite to eat and a rest stop.

I have enjoyed Dakota's hospitality both as a performer and a visitor and can therefore say with confidence that I believe this to be a great venue and a much needed addition to Godalming's musical landscape. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good diverse offerings. Thank you to all at Dakota. Onwards & upwards

I just pooped into this establishment whilst in town, I must say I come back every week now. I come to Godalming once a week and this little gem of a place keeps me fuelled all day. Amazing tomato and basil soup and the Guiness cake is something which cannot be ignited.

Hidden gem in Godalming, it is on a first floor but not a place to miss if you are looking for freshly prepared food and cake to die for! Also loved the very comfy seats and nice décor
