Great pub and atmosphere in a delightful rural setting.
Classic British pub, nothing fancy but with character and good vibes. The food was delicious and affordable, the right choice for someone looking for something nice and within budget.

We enjoyed a delicious roast here this afternoon, plenty of it, and reasonably priced. Staff were very welcoming. We watched most of France Poland match while eating. Definitely worth a visit.
A proper pub. Warm & friendly, serving absolutely the best home cooked Sunday lunch ever for a very reasonable £13.95. Will definitely be back there.
Definitely reccomend. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here for work in area on a few occasions and I'm very happy with all they do. Rooms are clean tidy and well maintained. Management are loverly. I will always use the Sun when I'm in the area. Excellent for sports and lots of choice. Live bands at weekends. Job well done 👏

The Sun Inn is the best-run pub in Godalming - it has reasonably priced beer, excellent food and a brilliant atmosphere.

Fabulous traditional town pub. The staff are friendly and welcoming and Joe the chef makes superb Sunday lunches.
Best pub in the area. Great bands, good for watching a match, but most importantly they really look after their beer. Don't miss out!

Never going to be cheapest beer in town but always great friendly atmosphere even from regulars who wouldn't know you. Great owners, great bar prop called Mickey.
