Enjoyed lunch here on Saturday, breakfast Sunday morning, and frappes at the end of our weekend in Gloucester. Staff were friendly, service was good, and the food and drink was the usual Costa quality that we know and love. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. Had 2 lads in there on their own on a busy Saturday. One was obviously a newer member of staff but they still did an amazing job.

Given the restrictions if covid-19 the staff are friendly and clear in their instructions where to stand. This was a takeaway service but their new blend was smooth and not bitter. Good all round.
Good tasty coffee in ideal location for the rest of town for shopping. Spacious interior (deceptive as it looks small from the outside) makes this Costa great for business meetings or catching up with friends. Staff always helpful and friendly.
