A good quality KFC restaurant that has greatly improved its food quality. The only downside is you have to order through there screens so can't ask questions and the bins always seem full so can get messy. Other than that a great place for a quick family meal out.
The one on eastbrook road has quick service, staffs are friendly, when you can't make up your mind on what to order they indeed let you take your time or even better suggest specials available❤️❤️
My only Wish is that it starts selling dunked wings😩🙏🏻🙏🏻 like in South Africa..

Food is lovely. The service is ok dont find the staff that friendly but they do have a fast turn around for the orders and I do find the self service order screens brilliant
Last resort food, last time went in here was awful but thought try again and have to say good service and food this time, this is just off the Metz way /Eastern Avenue in Gloucester easy to get to and park, Was nice and hot and nice cappuccinos
Food was great,, i think if you can avoid peak times you get better service the quality of the food is better..
Lots of parking so you can sit in for a meal or you can go through the drive through.
Pretty good. I went into the drive thru. Queue moved quickly and food was nice and warm when I got to the window. Perfect. Plenty of spaces to park even during peak times.
Very quick service, ordered a fairly big meal and it was ready in a very short time while food was still warm. I would just expect a little bit more smile from the staff and I would give 5 stars to the atmosphere.
Seem to struggle getting good staff on drive thru. Either great or terrible. Last two visits have been painful trying to get correct order across.

Always served hot meals. Never too greasy. Toilets usually clean. Tables usually cleaned. Friendly staff.
We get the drive through so can't comment on atmosphere but it's my favourite KFC. I live in Wales but go here whenever I'm in Gloucester. Would move it near where I lived if I could😉
