From the drive through initial interaction to the order being placed in my hand the service here was outstanding. They were super friendly and eager to please. I have experienced many customer service being poor from other places but the staff at the Eastern Avenue Gloucester branch are truly what good customer service is about. I can't praise them enough.
Came here around two today with my partner and two kids. And what lovely service we had. A small girl with brown hair served us at the till, brilliant with me and my kids. Smiling the whole way through our order, as soon as we were handed our drinks, she hurried over to give us our cakes too! And not long after was in cafe cleaning tables and still smiling! The coffee was immaculate and our lemon loaf cake was lovely and moist.
I come here most days after the gym and the staff and awesome! They are lovely and helpful and this place recently got a fabulous refurbishment too! Julia is especially lovely and funny and always knows how to put a smile on my face. They’re also rather generous with the caramel drizzle! I will always come here if I want a starbies ❤️

I’ve just been to the drive through (07/5/23). The staff were absolutely incredible and so friendly. They were so wonderful to my dog (sat in back of car) and gave him a free puppy chino. Thank you for making our Sunday 💕
Lana, Millie, Chloe were amazing. After a tiring rubbish day, they really cheered me up with how lovely they were when serving me. Will be back again
Recently, I sat in with my laptop to finish off some work. Sadly, I think I picked the busiest time and could barely get a table with enough space for a laptop. However, my drink and food was nice
Really good coffee and super convenient location. Plenty of parking and helpful staff. Dog friendly too!

Visiting Starbucks at GLOUCESTER retail park. This is the only SB in Gloucester and it’s a good one with friendly staff and a drive through. Food counter is well stocked and it’s open late (9pm). A good place to grab a coffee on a Sunday 👍. I like my coconut flat white and here they do a large one. Not sure how different to a latte that is but tastes good.

Lovely Starbucks. Was my first time going in a Starbucks today and I'm glad I went to this one. Everyone seemed very happy and the customer service was great. Would go there again. Also got some colour changing cups
What can u say...coffee, all shapes, 3 sizes, delish, drains my bank when we do coffee as a family!
Service when placing my order was fantastic but when it came to collection our drinks where thrown at us not very happy worker laughing with Co worker's but when attending customers was a face of doom 🤔🤔
Since the refurb, it does feel and look nice, but not a massive fan of the no comfy chairs.
