Absolutely exceptional customer service from Robert this afternoon. Seated and ordered through him for the restaurant and the soft play.
Very good stop off from the M5 on the way from Cornwall back to Newcastle.
Plenty of parking, parent and child included.
Baby changing facilities and high chair
Great shop, lots of interesting sections, prices fair for type of store, café very busy, friendly staff, plenty of parking and dog friendly.
Looking for a replacement greenhouse and heard about Dobbies' outdoor display so I took a look. Very nice salesperson spoke to me (not pushy, she was the epitomy of how to sell well) and gave me lots of advice and info. I haven't committed quite just yet (need to actually move into the new house)
Garden centre looks very festive now in the build up to Christmas. Kids had fun in the soft play for an hour.
Nice shopping experience.
The restaurant is a great place to eat and a great moneymaker for them I think. Nice food. Friendly staff.. Oh and if you join their club for a quid a month you get money off and a free drink every month. Worth joining.
Haven't been here for a year or more. The cafe has been expanded, and they have taken away the smaller outlets that used to be there, like Cotton Traders. We had coffee in the cafe, and sat in a comfy chair, but all the comfy chairs were dirty, tea/coffee/food stains on the cushions.
Huge, spacious garden centre - open plan with a warehouse feel to it (in a nice way!).
Good range of garden plants etc, plus gifts.
Large area sectioned off for coffee, cakes and light refreshments.
Dropped a star because I wasn't that impressed with the hot chocolate - too much residue at bottom of
It didn’t seem very full. Was hoping for more Christmas items but I suppose it’s yet early in the season. Waitrose within has do many empty freezers and fridges.
The bird seed is very expensive but probably not their fault. Café is lovely and decent options. They do oat milk for vegans which is a plus. Very light and airy, so feels pretty safe from a pandemic viewpoint as well.
This is a great stop just of M5/6 for a fantastic meal in the large restaurant instead of using a motorway one. The toilets were very clean and the garden centre it's self was well laid out,it's takes about 3 mins to get back on the motorway.
Stopped for some lunch. Kids eat free, 1 adult meal, get a kids meal free. Food was decent enough. Too much cheese on kids pizzas but hey-ho. They were very busy, but still got our order quickly. Helpful staff.
