Excellent staff, great atmosphere and they deal with requests for drinks that they don't have. It is dealt with and they get it asap.

Sat in traffic looking at the 'Ole Baker Street' told my better half to jump out and go and have a pint! I dropped the car off and joined him. Well all I can say is, this place has been revived! Clean, fresh and very welcoming, the landlord, an old friend from junior section rugby, greeted us with a drink on the house! So nice to see this once brilliant watering hole, turned stink pot, back to its Royal glory, my advise, get in here!

Good selection of Ales & soft drinks. But on Sunday, there is no food & no coffee for non alcohol drinkers . Other than that, it's pub with vibe and a buzzy Sunday lunchtime 'air about it' . We'll done.
Great traditional pub with lovely staff. Lots of sports on the tvs, outdoor space, loads of darts boards, a pool table and a skittles alley. Worth a visit if you’re in the quay area.
Went to meet a mate and watch a live band playing Britpop, Blur, Oasis etc, for a Saturday nite it wasn't packed, probably cost of living etc, had a good time.

We always visit for a few when were in Gloucester. Good line up of drinks served by pleasant staff.
Although we did not see any, I believe that live music is again returning!
Last thought... they have a pool table and log fire in the colder months.
Warm welcoming place we had a stag nn visited this establishment.. Stag very friendly and helpful.. Laughed at wig on me mate and all round warm.. Band something to be desired though.. But young guys
Went for a quick pint during the day. Cheap pint, good screens to see the football. Very popular in the evening with a band on, although didn't go in as heading for a meal.
Bit moody when we walked in, reception wasn't great. Table football should have a better home, it was great fun. Would have liked a game of pool but the staff were playing!
Was just visiting Gloucester heard the music from my hotel room. Thought I'd take a look and wasn't disappointed. Live band and disco. Reasonably priced drinks and a great atmosphere. Will come again if I'm in the area for sure. 😀
Jukebox. Bands and disco each weekend. Hobgoblin ale. A proper pub. Friendly staff and a good, mixed crowd.
Update: New decor... brighter... murals. Still a real pub.

A no frills, honest, local pub! Kind of place I love! Nothing pretentious, just good beer, at good prices! I was working in Gloucester and really enjoyed a pint here! Please, don't change! 🙂

Visited Baker street during Covid and it was probably the best table service so far seen in a pub due Covid. We weren't even properly sat down and there was a waiter asking what we wanted to drink. Really appreciate service like that!
