Been twice this week, once had chicken goujons and skinny fries, fries were just warm, couldn't finish as they went cold whilst eating goujons. Second time, I had fish and chips, batter too thick on fish and not much fish in batter. Thick.cut chips were hot and tasty.
Staff friendly
I really had perfect amazing delicious steak on busy Friday evening. Team are working smoothly, head chef Ash and grill chef Fatih alongside Craig is stunning. Well done guys. Impressive.
Housed in an old Windmill warehouse right on Gloucester Docks and within touching distance of Gloucester Keys shopping outlet.
Plenty of free parking, but dint forget to register your number plate & there is a three hour time.limit.
I went for the three course lunchtime menu which was great value for money.
Starter Couliflower Poppers with BBQ sauce, Mains upgraded to the 8oz Sirlion steak & paid extra for the Peppercorn Sauce
Desert Caramel apple Betty with hot custard
The steak was more medium than medium/rare, but accept for that all was good.
Servers where very friendly & prompt.
TOP tip If you're ordering sort during, go for the Unlimited drinks option, as you'll save a fortune especially of you're with children
I visit here quite regularly with my mum, on a weekend it is always busy late lunchtime so expect to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The food is always good and the staff are very friendly but it always takes so long here to receive your food so you end being here well over an hour and I find as the food takes so long I then can't be bothered to order a desert and wait so long for that too. As much as I always choose to come here as I prefer it over the others of this chain in Gloucester and the Manager always chats to my mother and I the place needs more staff
Having stayed at the Premier Inn the night before I can only commit on breakfast. We received a very friendly welcome and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in a very relaxed atmosphere. The gentleman who was serving behind the breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as he was great fun and made us smile on a wet and windy morning.

We had a nice meal out. I had the steak selection, my fiancé had a surf & turf & our friend had a gammon steak.
We were seated promptly (we had booked) but no one came to take a drinks order, until it was time to order food.
It's nice, everything was cooked as it should be and it was a good dinner, well priced, but didn't pop our socks off.
Great, reliable food.
It's not haute cuisine, but always dependable and their breakfasts are legendary.
Brilliant to go with the kids for a fry-up.
The decor is rather lovely and there's a great, relaxed feel.
Good food, lovely staff, busy but quiet, congenial place to dine out. Thanks especially to our waitress and the young man who cleared the table. You were stars!! X
Okay enough experience. Was lovely and quiet when i went in for a breakfast. sadly the guy cooking was unable to make poached eggs 👀 *it was more like a boiled egg. The rest of the food was okay. Fresh juice avaliable good coffee from the machine. Would return.
Great quality food at decent price. Good service and location. Right next to the quays and hotel and just a short walk from Gloucester City stadium for the football afterwards
we visited on the weekend the food was good, we were looked after by a lovely waitress Heidi C always smiling and nothing was too much trouble, The other waitresses were stood at the bar on there phones talking whilst heidi c was running around. Not a team effort at all.
