Since the new Landlady took this pub on late 2022 it has improved leaps and bounds. A major makeover in March 2023 transformed the interior and exterior and the place has become increasingly popular. My first time back since the changeover in hands. Absolutely lovely couple. Very accommodating. I had some Cider in the pub garden and snacks. I would definitely recommend if you wanted a friendly evening. Dog friendly outdoors 👍🏼🐶🍺

Great pub, great place to hear live music. The band playing was Tequila Mockingbird.

Great to see a pub run how it should be. Good choice of beers and cider. Wine etc too. Regular live music and sports bar.

Haven't visited for a while but has recently been refurbished. We will go again as it seems to be back to its old ways of friendly staff, regular entertainment, food to be served shortly and a proper local pub.
