Nice ambience, but they had run out of prawns and most of the sea food options 😕. One of the orders took really so late that all others had finished their food and we had to remind them again and again. Hence the service rating is down. Portions were too less compared to other Wagamama's.
Really good food! The drinks are so flavourful and smooth, loved my grilled chicken ramen! Though the restaurant was very busy when we visited, our server Matt was very polite and saw to us as quickly as possible! Bathrooms were very clean and individual rooms with all the essentials! Overall a love
Great food, absolutely amazing selection of food, served in an authentic way (whatever cooks quickest is served first). Wonderful selection with so many options. Good choice of drinks, although I would like to see more Japanese beers, otherwise an amazing evening! Since the last visit, overall the
I went there with my sister the other day and it wasnt very busy which was nice, our waiters were very nice and explained how some things worked because they had multiple kitchens, it was all lovely and looked amazing inside and the food was amazing and came quickly. We'll definitely be going there
Out of the world experience, loved the food , enjoyed the drink and the atmosphere. I wish there were more stars that I can give specially for the top quality and service provided. Started off with the local drink asahi wow 🤩 really really enjoyed the drink along with the food. The starter squid fry
Nice location, clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly and helpful service. The food was served quickly and was a good temperature. All dishes were very tasty and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Recommended 10/10.
First time eating here and was impressed. Food was really well presented and good value. Good array of dishes too. Service was okay only gripe I had was my partners food came a while after mine.but to be fair to our waiter we were forewarned. Easy way to pay by scanning the place mats Would come
Food was really nice, but had to wait a long time to actually receive our food. I know that they might still be working reduced staff so didn't want to complain as such! I have no complaints on the customer service or the food itself though!
Went in shortly after opening time. The restaurant was pretty much empty but still had to wait a very long time for our two ramens.
Amazing food as usual. The staff are excellent and friendly.
I love the food here - really tasty, and consistently good. It’s not fancy, or elegant for an evening out, but hearty and wholesome for an informal meal. It’s good value for money. The staff tend to be friendly and helpful. The food is better hot from a dine in experience than taking it home during
First time for us. Loved the food, great service, atmosphere great. Will definitely go back. Yeah you might sit with people you don't know but you have plenty of space and it really doesn't matter. Would recommend.
I have visited this Wagamama many times over the last few years, and it remains my go-to if I'd like a meal with friends! The customer service is always excellent, whether it's busy or quiet. I have never had a server who wasn't friendly and helpful. The food is also lovely! The grilled chicken rame
We had a wonderful meal at Wagamama’s last night, the food was exceptional, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent throughout especially our waitress Lara. We will definitely be back very soon.
We arrived just after opening at 11:30, received friendly welcome and we were offered a option of menus that catered to various dietary needs before being shown to a clean table. It was great having the option to have a gluten free menu, for people with food allergies and intolerances it's always a
