First Indian takeaway from a local outlet. Delighted to find they accept online orders. Selected items and they arrived well within the timeframe stipulated. Portion sizes were larger than expected and the taste was absolutely delicious. I'm a convert!

I’ve had the Vegetable Garlic Chilli Special three times now & it’s absolutely delicious! The roasted garlic in the dish is genius 👌

First time i tried this takeaway. Got the lamb hoppers and they are amazing! Had the lamb tikka biryani with saag sauce. The lamb was tender and the sauce was full of flavour. Will be ordering from here again.
Lovely authentic flavours and good portion size. We had poppadoms with chutneys followed by biryani and a Rogan Josh with garlic nans. Nicest biryani I've had.
Ordered online, for delivery, quite late in the evening. New customer so wasn’t sure how it would go. Half an hour later food was at my door. Fresh, hot and very tasty. One of the best curries I’ve had. Thank you.

Our beloved local curry takeaway. Everyone has an opinion on local takeaways, often varied but I can say factually that we have used Taj Balti for about 7 years and have been consistently happy with the quality, generosity of portions, friendly and helpful service, thoughtful touches. My partner is a fussy eater who will stick to what he likes and he rates their vegetable samber as among the best, also their raita, naan, lamb hoppers and chicken pakoras are particularly good. Plenty of interesting dishes to try from chef's special menu if you are a bit more adventurous than my partner. Better value than the other Indian / Bangladeshi takeaways in Glossop without compromising quality.

Hands down the best curry house in Glossop. Been coming here for years and never ever had a bad meal. Usually have the garlic chilly special which can be be sometimes a bit too spicy for me or a Bhuna but today I fancied a change so I rang to ask for a meal suggestion. After telling the polite man on the phone what my flavours are he recommended that I go for the Garlic Balti special and he was not wrong. The flavours and spices in this were stunning! Ate the whole thing which isn’t usual either but I just couldn’t stop scoffing it down with the beautifully cooked Keema naan.

Fantastic takeaway. The Lamb Balti I picked up Saturday night was incredible. Best I've had by far. I accidentally left my cash card at the restaurant and the staff saved it for me until I managed to retrieve it several days later. Outstanding food, outstanding staff, outstanding honesty. Highly recommended. Thankyou Taj Balti team.
