Gorgeous food and really friendly staff. Enjoyed every minute of the meal and can't wait to come again. Prices are also very reasonable

Our table was booked for 7:30pm on Saturday evening, so we obviously expected it to be busy.
Staff said we were being seated upstairs and asked if that was okay.
In all fairness, it was quieter upstairs, with tables further apart, so that was already a bonus!
We ordered cocktails while we chose starters and mains, and our servers were polite, friendly, and accommodating - offering a different rum in a cocktail, to replace one that we weren't keen on.
Our food was spot on! Really tasty and of a decent portion size too.
Even though we were starting to get pleasantly full, we couldn't resist dessert, as they sounded so tasty. Let's just say the proof was in the pudding!
Highly recommended and we'll definitely be visiting again!
Excellent food and service. 4 of us ate late Saturday afternoon, hard to choose between the cheaper set menu and the main menu, both delivered great food at a good price.
Restaurant was quiet before the evening rush so it was a good time to eat.
The food is very good here and came within a reasonable time frame, particularly given how busy they were. The kitchen is clearly proficient. We were a large group and had placed our order in advance.
The staff are young and very friendly.
I offer the following suggestions, which are easy to implement and will dramatically improve the impression the customers receive:
The veg should be served immediately before, or at the same time as the main course.
No-one wants to watch as their sauce cools whilst awaiting an indeterminable time for potatoes and vegetables.
It should be a simple matter to either bring the veg and the mains at the same time, or have the elected veg server arrive immediately prior to the main course being served.
Cutlery for a given dish should be accounted for and laid out before the dish arrives.
Whilst waiting for my spoon for my cheesecake to arrive I resorted to picking up a nearby knife, before a fellow diner handed me a fork, finally the spoons turned up en-masse. Two sets of cutlery were laid prior to service. Once the dessert requests are taken the very first job, after giving the order to the kitchen, should be to lay out the necessary cutlery and a further serviette.
I would visit again.
It's a good restaurant.
The service just needs a little polish.
Had a lovely meal to celebrate or 25th wedding anniversary. The staff did a lovely surprise pudding. The food was awesome π

Very impressed! It was busy downstairs, so we were seated upstairs, which I preferred, as it was quieter and more spaced out.
Staff were really friendly and accommodating (allowed us to change dark rum for spiced rum in a cocktail).
The starter, main and dessert were all done to a high standard and tasted great.
I'd definitely dine there again and have already been recommending it to friends and family!
What a beautiful restaurant. Food was amazing. Service fantastic apologies we couldn't tip as we only had our card and no cash! Can't wait to visit again
Best Steak I have ever had and I have had more than most. Melted in your mouth and the atmosphere of the restaurant was second to none. My favourite restaurant now. 10 out of 10. Bar staff brilliant and nothing to much trouble. Love this restaurant. ππππ
Food was almost perfect only small point was the sauce served with black pudding, Mushroom and Fillet steak Rossini was the same
The sauce certainly was not correct for the Fillet
But the veg and desserts made up for it and excellent wine
