Ordered pizza to collect, was ready pomptly and enjoyed. The quality was good for the price which was very affordable. The bar looked well equipped and good price for cocktails but didn't try this time. Will definitely go back to try more :)
The wife and I dropped in yesterday afternoon (Sunday) after a long dog walk, staff were very welcoming and had no issue with us bringing a dog inside.
We had a couple of drinks and ordered the Sunday lunch which was fantastic, plenty of choice and a full plate which included cauliflower cheese. Mash, roasties, carrots, cabbage, and of course the obligatory Yorkshire pudding and beef which was cooked to perfection and virtually fat free.
Deserts of sticky toffee and chocolate fudge cake was just as nice and very light considering.
Excellent service throughout and will definately be returning.

Went for boozy brunch for my birthday at the end of March. Absolutely fantastic. Food was great the 90 min drinks deal is definitely the best we've all been to. Well worth the money, staff were great and it's a lovely venue. Thanks for making my birthday great. We'll be back again without doubt

Lovely still bar/restaurant with reasonable prices. Especially the mid week evening menu. Portion sizes are on the larger side even off the early bird menu.
Gets a little chilly so take a jaket/cardie.
Good selection of spirits especially gin.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon about 130pm. Ordered a pizza and a couple of drinks. Pizza was outstanding and variety of beer was good. Friendly landlord as well. Would definitely visit again.
Eight of us enjoyed a really excellent Sunday lunch. Would recommend
