This is a convenient location to pick up a coffee or a snack. The restaurant is quite large, despite being a drive through. You can use the self service kiosks or go to the till to order. Staff also serve the drive through. I used the kiosk and it was straightforward to use. My drink was served within 5 minutes and I found a seat easily. In the past the tables have been dirty more often than not, but on this occasion it was clean. There are toilets available if required, and a range of armchair or table and chair style seating.

There is a great range of fresh coffee and treats on display in what is a bright spacious building.
There are plenty of seats and tables available and cleaned to a high standard.

I go there most days for a double espresso. The staff there are fantastic,professional ,friendly and efficient. Always have time for for a quick chat. I cannot fault them. Great team.
Sat in with my son and food was fresh and warm. I mistakenly ordered a normal french vanilla instead of an iced one and the server offered to change it for me free of charge which was very kind. Place was clean. All in all a good experience.
The perfect meet a friend zone and not bad for doing the best job in the world. kind Skin the Body Shop with Prendy is taking some time to sip coffee, sort paperwork and then have the best burger this side of Belfast (that also has eco friendly packaging).

Visited this location in Glengormly at 730am on a Monday morning and was a wee bit short for my £3.99 breakfast, and Labh behind the counter was so kind and helpful to me. Very friendly staff here and I am visiting from Toronto, Canada.
Amazing menu and doughnuts. The only drawback is in the drive through, you can't see a menu until you're at the ordering stand. Maybe place a few along the queue, so we can be better prepared to place an order when the time comes. Otherwise fresh, tasty and highly recommended.

The place itself is of a good standard and regular Tim Hortons food menu.
It’s clean and has a huge glass front to watch the world (or main road traffic anyway) go by.
The car park is small and people are normally reversing out off spaces or turning in the centre of the car park as you are driving in.

I like this Tim Hortons in Belfast very much. Overall hospitality is amazing especially staff Ms. Mansi’s approach is very good and energetic. Will be having lots of “Double Double” in that store hereafter.
